By purchasing a ticket or attending the Lifestyle & Adventure Show, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

🎟️ Tickets & Entry

Tickets must be presented for entry. Children under 16 enter FREE when accompanied by an adult and must remain supervised at all times.

Concession ticket holders may be required to present valid identification.

Event Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour.

Refunds & Postponement Policy

All exhibitor bookings, site allocations, participant registrations and visitor tickets are considered confirmed upon payment.

Payments are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, change in personal circumstances or inability to attend, except where refunds are required under Australian Consumer Law.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

In the event that the Lifestyle & Adventure Show is postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control or other unforeseen circumstances, all confirmed exhibitor bookings, site allocations and purchased visitor tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event dates.

Where alternative event dates have been arranged, existing bookings and tickets will remain valid for the new dates, with no additional fees or requirement to rebook.

As the event is being postponed rather than cancelled, our intention is to honour all existing bookings and provide exhibitors and visitors with the opportunity to attend on the rescheduled dates.

We understand that changes to event dates may affect individual arrangements. Any requests for cancellations or refunds will be reviewed in accordance with our booking terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Lifestyle Promotions Australia reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the event where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of exhibitors, visitors, staff and the venue. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

We sincerely appreciate the understanding, flexibility and continued support of all exhibitors, sponsors, participants and visitors. Our priority remains delivering a safe, successful and enjoyable event for everyone involved.

🌦️ Weather

The Lifestyle & Adventure Show is primarily an outdoor event and will proceed in normal weather conditions, including light rain.

If severe weather, flooding, unsafe ground conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, the event may be postponed.

Scheduled backup dates: 11–13 December 2026.

Official updates will be provided through our website and social media channels.

📅 Event Changes

Event Management may make reasonable changes to operating hours, site layouts, exhibitors, displays or attractions for operational or safety reasons.

🐕 Dogs

The Lifestyle & Adventure Show is dog-friendly. Dogs must remain on a short lead and under control at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.

Individual exhibitors may restrict dogs from entering caravans, motorhomes, tiny homes or other displays.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children & Safety

Children must remain under adult supervision, particularly around vehicles, stairs, equipment and displays.

All visitors must follow event signage and reasonable directions from Event Management, security, traffic controllers and emergency personnel.

🚗 Parking & Personal Property

FREE on-site parking is available via Cawdor Road and Exeter Street, subject to capacity and conditions.

Vehicles and personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owners.

📸 Photography

Personal photography and video are welcome unless otherwise indicated. Please respect displays marked “No Photography” or “No Filming.”

Event photographers and videographers may be operating for promotional purposes.

🤝 Exhibitor Purchases

Purchases, orders and agreements made with individual exhibitors are between the visitor and that exhibitor. Please confirm warranties, delivery arrangements and payment terms directly with them.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
