Lifestyle & Adventure Show
Venue Site Map
Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park

Here’s an early look at the site layout for the Lifestyle & Adventure Show.

As we are still in the planning phase and actively onboarding exhibitors and sponsors, this map is preliminary and will be updated regularly as more bookings come in.

It’s designed to give you a good sense of the venue flow, key areas and available opportunities.

WEATHER CONTINGENCY / BACK-UP EVENT DATE

As the Lifestyle & Adventure Show is an outdoor event, in the unlikely event that weather conditions do not permit the event to safely proceed due to circumstances beyond our control, the event will be postponed to our back-up rain dates of 11–13 December 2026.

All visitor tickets, exhibitor passes and exhibitor site/stand bookings will automatically roll over and remain valid for the rescheduled dates. There will be no need to rebook or obtain replacement tickets or passes.

Any decision to postpone the event due to weather will be communicated through our official website and social media channels.
